Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Course" refers to any training program, workshop, or educational content provided by agileleaios
• "Participant" means any person enrolling in or attending our training courses
• "Platform" includes our website, learning management system, and related digital services
• "Content" encompasses all course materials, documentation, videos, and resources provided
• "We/Us/Our" refers to agileleaios and its authorized representatives

2. Course Enrollment and Eligibility

By enrolling in our courses, participants confirm that:

• They are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
• They meet any specified prerequisites for the selected course
• They have the authority to enter into this agreement
• They will maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials

agileleaios reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and may request additional documentation to confirm prerequisites or professional background.

3. Payment Terms and Fees

Course fees and payment conditions:

• All course fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment must be received in full before course commencement date
• We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or corporate invoice arrangements
• Course fees are subject to change with reasonable notice to enrolled participants
• Additional charges may apply for certification exams administered by external bodies
• Group discount rates may be available for corporate bookings of three or more participants

Late payment may result in course access suspension until payment obligations are fulfilled. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy applies as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before course start date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before course start date: 50% refund of course fees
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start date: No refund available
• No-shows without prior notice: No refund, full course fee retained
• Transfers to alternative course dates are permitted up to 7 days before commencement, subject to availability

agileleaios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

5. Course Access and Materials

Regarding course content and access:

• Participants receive access to course materials for the duration specified in their enrollment
• Digital course materials remain accessible for 90 days following course completion
• Course recordings, where provided, are available for 60 days post-training
• Physical materials provided remain the property of the participant
• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable
• Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, materials, and intellectual property:

• All course materials, including slides, handouts, videos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of agileleaios
• Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials is strictly prohibited without written permission
• Recording of live training sessions requires explicit trainer consent
• The agileleaios name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks
• Unauthorized use of proprietary content may result in legal action and immediate course access termination

7. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled training sessions punctually
• Participate respectfully and professionally with instructors and fellow participants
• Complete assigned exercises and assessments within specified timeframes
• Refrain from disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment
• Respect the intellectual property rights of agileleaios and other participants
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance course quality

agileleaios reserves the right to remove participants who violate conduct standards without refund or compensation.

8. Certification and Credentials

Regarding certificates and credentials:

• Certificates of completion are issued to participants meeting all course requirements
• Minimum attendance of 90% required for certificate eligibility
• External certification exams are administered by respective accrediting bodies
• Exam fees may be additional to course tuition unless explicitly included
• agileleaios does not guarantee exam success or certification attainment
• Certificates reflect course completion, not professional endorsement or accreditation

9. Limitation of Liability

Important limitations on our liability:

• Course content is provided for educational purposes without warranties of any kind
• agileleaios makes no guarantees regarding career advancement or certification exam results
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from course participation
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course in question
• Participants acknowledge that practical application of knowledge depends on individual circumstances
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control do not constitute grounds for refund

10. Technical Requirements and Support

For online courses, participants must:

• Maintain reliable internet connectivity with minimum 5 Mbps download speed
• Have access to compatible devices meeting our published system requirements
• Use supported web browsers and keep software updated
• Provide their own hardware, software licenses, and internet service
• Contact technical support within 24 hours of experiencing access issues

agileleaios provides reasonable technical assistance but is not responsible for participant equipment failures or connectivity issues.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Participant information handling:

• Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Singapore Personal Data Protection Act
• Information is used solely for course administration, communication, and service improvement
• Participant data may be shared with certification bodies as required for credential processing
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information
• Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data
• Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes:

• Participants should first attempt to resolve issues directly with agileleaios via email at [email protected]
• Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 30 days of the disputed event
• Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
• Any unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Singapore
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore
• Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts

13. Modifications to Terms

Updates to these terms:

• agileleaios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled participants
• Updated terms become effective 14 days after notification
• Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms
• Participants who disagree with changes may request cancellation per our refund policy
• Version history is maintained and available upon request

14. Termination

Course access may be terminated:

• Immediately for violation of these terms or participant misconduct
• By participant request, subject to cancellation and refund policies
• By agileleaios with 7 days notice for non-payment or breach of agreement
• Automatically upon completion of the course access period

Upon termination, access to course materials ceases, and any outstanding payments become immediately due.

15. General Provisions

Additional terms:

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement between agileleaios and participants
• Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining terms remain in full effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any term does not constitute waiver of that or any other provision
• Assignment: Participants may not transfer or assign their enrollment without written consent
• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

By enrolling in agileleaios courses or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment or use of our services.
