agileleaios began in 2016 when three experienced agile practitioners recognized a significant gap in Scrum Master education across Singapore. While many organizations embraced agile methodologies, few professionals received the depth of training needed to facilitate meaningful transformation. Our founders brought complementary expertise from software development, organizational change management, and adult education. They understood that developing capable Scrum Masters required more than theoretical knowledge. It demanded hands-on practice with realistic scenarios, honest feedback from experienced coaches, and space to develop personal facilitation styles. This philosophy shaped our curriculum design from the beginning.

We launched with a single cohort of twelve professionals seeking to deepen their agile practice.
